Due to the specifics of our products (pigments and cosmetics for permanent makeup), returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or an error occurred during the order.

— The item has not been used or opened.
— No more than 14 days have passed since receipt.
— You must provide a photo/video of the defect or error.
— Money will be refunded only after we receive and inspect the item.
